We have been extremely happy with the service we have received from Sur Properties SL., plus all further enquiries from us have been dealt with informatively and efficiently and would not hesitate to recommend the company to all friends and relatives who are interested in purchasing properties in Tenerife.

Very good impression of Sur Properties, mainly based on my experience of buying at Adeje Golf.

Everything was fine up to paying the first instalment. Since then we have heard nothing from the Sur salesman. He told us he would email pictures of the property as it develops. We were given a date by Laderas to complete in November, we transferred money to Spain, came over in October to finalise only to be told that there was no way the property would be ready to completeuntil January at the earliest, due to delays at the Town Hall. Sur Properties were not involved in this dialogue at all.

Totally pleased and excited about the property we have purchased in Adeje Golf, both from an investment perspective and as a fantastic place to live.

I couldn’t help but be swayed by the enthusiasm of the Sur salesman. We recently returned to Tenerife to complete the sale, and quickly realized the tremendous amount of work required to organize the sale, and the furniture, and the delivery of the furniture etc. etc. Sur Properties were invaluable in helping us achieve all that we needed to achieve during that week, to the extent that we believe that Sur Properties are almost as excited as we are about our new home.

Without Sur Properties we couldn’t have achieved what we have within the timescale, and therefore we may have had second thoughts about going through with the purchase.

So far all my dealings with Sur Properties have been excellent. I personally found Colin to be very helpful. It will soon be time for the keys to be handed over and Colin has the power of attorney to act on my behalf at the notary.

Our overall view of Sur Properties is very good, however one or two of the third parties seem to be letting the side down in different ways.

The lawyer who got our N.I.E. numbers got them from the Hacienda and not from the police. He assured me that it was the only number I would get – it was not accepted by any official on the Island. Elaine & I had to go to the police station in Los Americas in order to obtain a N.I.E. number from the police. This was indeed the same number, as obtained from the Hacienda, but now it was accepted, without question, by all officials.

I have been very impressed with the service given by Sur Properties. At all times I have felt well informed and confident with my choice of Agent and Developer and can wholeheartedly recommend Sur Properties to anyone with the notion to buy here and will only deal with them in the future.

Sur Properties and staff were very efficient when we bought our property from them, nothing was too much trouble. They were also very helpful in introducing us to accountants and lawyers which has proved to us to be the best. We cannot fault them in anything. They are the very best.

In all my dealings with Sur Properties I was always given information in a manor I could understand (no long or silly wording).

I am very happy with the information and work carried out even after ringing on many occasions with extra questions. The phone and emails were always answered promptly and even though the process was run through quickly I was always given time to think and make what I hope to be good choices. A small number of things happened during the process but these were dealt with very professionally.
